Terms and Conditions

 Booking and payment details

A booking fee of £50.00 is required to book your disco with us which will be deducted from your final balance. We can reserve a date for you and you will need to contact us back to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the booking. Should we not here from you then we shall release the date for another customer. The balance is due 7 days prior to the event if paying by cheque, cash payments must be paid on the night before the performance begins, no pay then no play. Any bookings made by an agency or company can be paid on an invoice basis within 21 days or on the night. Any late bookings within 2 weeks prior to your event will require payment  in full that week. Central Discos do not charge for setting up/packing down as we believe this should be done on our time and not yours. All cheques are to be made payable to "Central Discos"

Confirmation

We will send you out your booking confirmation form and a copy of the terms and conditions for you to sign and return to us along with your deposit. Upon receiving this we shall contact you via email or telephone to confirm your booking with Central Discos.

Cancellation by Customer

Deposits are non refundable; if a customer cancels their booking with Central Discos within 21 days prior to their event then full payment is still required. If you cancel more than 21 days prior then no charges will be made but you will still lose your deposit.

Cancellation by Central Discos

If Central Discos cancels your booking due to circumstances beyond our control (illness, weather, breakdown etc) then any money paid shall be refunded back to you. This is the extent of Central Discos liability. We will try to find you a replacement disco but cannot guarantee this. If we can then you will be taking them on their terms and conditions instead of ours. Central Discos staff will not tolerate any abusive, threatening or violent behaviour from anyone under any circumstances. Should a power failure occur at a venue then Central Discos are not liable and will still require payment in full. In the unlikely event of equipment failure then we shall offer a refund for the remaining time of your disco. Should you the customer break the contract after you sign the terms and conditions form then Central Discos reserves the right to terminate any performance.

Miscellaneous

Should you require your disco to go on for longer then we charge £30.00 for every 30 minutes. Sometimes photographic and video devices are used at events for promotional purposes, should you not want these used at your event then please let us know. We will never use this equipment for school discos and children's parties unless agreed via prior arrangment. If strobe lighting is to be used for your disco then please make sure this is suitable for all your guests in case of epilepsy.
